I was talking to a mentor today. Danny Basham, he has known me a very long time, and probably out of any mentor I have has the most right to call me a donkey or whatever. Anyway, we were talking about my abilty to not feel emotion, or more accurately to not deal with it properly, especially pain. He was basically talking about how we need to deal with emotion authentically in a healthy manner, not stuffing it inside or letting it explode and messy up the world around you. So how do we deal with pain or any other emotion in a healthy manner? How do you deal with pain, hate, anger?
